AI Integration · Competitive intel

Compare 3 competitors, side by side, in seconds.
AI reads their sites so you don't have to.

Paste 2 or 3 product URLs in any major language and get an instant side-by-side comparison: positioning, target user, pricing, strengths, weaknesses, plus a "who should pick which" verdict and a follow-up Q&A box. What you see here is the same shape we build into product and sales stacks: an AI layer that reads the competitive landscape continuously and pushes battle cards where your team already works.

Live demo. Reads live public pages in any major language. Nothing you paste or ask is stored on our side.

Where this leads

What AI-integrated competitive intel unlocks.

Typical outcomes when a team hires Entexis to build a custom AI analyzer, drawn from real engagements. Numbers shift per use case, but the shape of the impact stays the same.

10-30 sec
Per comparison, every time
Positioning, pricing, strengths, weaknesses, verdict: all in one pass. No spreadsheets, no copy-paste from marketing sites.
10+ languages
Multilingual out of the box (English, Hindi, Spanish, French & more)
Read competitor sites in any major language. Mixed-language comparisons (English vs Spanish marketing) work too.
5-15 hrs
Saved per battle card
Sales reps and PMs get a sharp comparison in seconds. Your team focuses on selling and building, not summarising marketing pages.
Your rubric
Tuned to your decision drivers
Pricing, integrations, seat economics, time-to-value: whatever drives your buyer's decision becomes the dimensions.
1 slice
Where every build starts
Basic version tuned to your product and dimensions goes live once scope is agreed. Then we layer on integrations and monitoring.
Under the hood

The integration layer that makes AI usable on real market data.

Every piece below was built end-to-end by the Entexis team. The same components (URL crawl, structured comparison, dimension scoring, follow-up Q&A) get re-tuned and re-shaped for your competitive landscape.

Two or three URLs in

Drop in any two product or company URLs, and an optional third when you need a 3-way view. The AI reads each one, picks out the value props, and gets to work. No setup needed.

Side-by-side matrix

Five dimensions that actually matter (positioning, target user, pricing, strengths, weaknesses), laid out as a feature matrix you can scan in seconds.

Ask anything specific

Have a sharper question than the matrix can answer? Ask it. "Which is cheaper for low volume?" "Which is better for sensitive skin?" Get a direct answer grounded in the same comparison.

Weaknesses, called out

Honest gaps vs the other product: missing features, narrower audience, opaque pricing. The bits a competitor's marketing site quietly omits.

"Who should pick which"

A verdict that says, in one line each, when to choose A and when to choose B. The output a buyer or PM actually wants, not a balanced both-sides essay.

API or in-product

Run as a standalone tool, or plug it into your sales-enablement stack so reps get an instant battle card the moment a deal mentions a competitor.

Multilingual (English, Hindi, Spanish, French & more)

Compare competitor sites in any major language: Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Mandarin, Portuguese. Mixed-language pairs work too. Verdict comes back in your input language.

The build path

4 steps from URLs
to a live competitive intel feed.

Drop in two or three URLs, get a structured comparison back, and ask any follow-up question. That's it. Nothing to set up, nothing to maintain, no spreadsheet to update.

01

Paste two or three URLs

Any product or company homepage: competitors you're researching, vendors you're shortlisting, or your product vs the alternatives. Add a specific question if you already have one in mind.

02

The AI reads each one

Each URL is read in seconds (value props, target audience, pricing, features, claims), and prepared for a fair head-to-head.

03

AI compares & answers

The model writes a five-dimension matrix, a "who should pick which" verdict, and answers your specific question if you asked one.

04

Dig deeper

Keep asking: pricing edge cases, compliance, integrations, support model. Every answer is grounded in the same two pages.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a product we can subscribe to?
No. What you see here is a live demo of an AI competitive-intel layer. A production build is delivered as software you own, running on your stack, tuned to the dimensions your buyers actually decide on. No monthly seat fees to a vendor.
How reliable is the comparison?
Directional, not decisive. Read it as the sharp first-pass a PM would write after 20 focused minutes on each marketing site. The verdict and weaknesses tend to be more actionable than the matrix cells. Use it to shortcut the busywork, not to close a procurement decision.
Which URLs work best?
Public marketing surfaces: homepages, product pages, pricing pages, feature deep-dives, "compare us to X" pages. The more the site says publicly, the sharper the output. Anything gated behind a login (dashboards, in-product screens) won't contribute.
Does it actually fetch the live pages?
Yes. The integration layer HTTP-fetches each URL, strips it to readable text, and feeds it to the model. What a first-time visitor would see, the AI reads. Static marketing HTML works best; heavy client-rendered SPAs contribute whatever their initial HTML holds.
Where does the data go?
For the demo: URLs and analysis go to the AI vendor's enterprise API (no training use, brief abuse logs then deleted) and back to your browser. Nothing lands in our DB. For production, a real build can run under zero-retention terms or on a self-hosted open-weights model inside your VPC.
What does a real competitive-intel integration look like?
For sales: a one-click battle card inside your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot). Rep opens a deal against a known competitor, sees positioning + rebuttals + gotchas already loaded. For product: a portfolio scan that watches a set of competitor URLs on a schedule and posts change alerts to Slack when pricing pages, feature lists, or messaging move.
How long until it goes live?
A first working slice, tuned to your product and 3-5 named competitors, typically goes live once scope is agreed. From there, more competitors, deeper rubric logic, CRM hand-off, and monitoring layer on once you have proof from real deals.
Is our content used to train AI?
No. The demo hits an enterprise API whose terms exclude your inputs from training. For production you pick: the same vendor under a zero-retention contract, or a self-hosted open-weights model running fully inside your infrastructure so nothing ever leaves your environment.
Does it work outside English?
Yes. English variants (US, UK, Indian), Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Mandarin, and most major European and Asian languages produce sharp output. Verdict comes back in the input language; mixed-language pairs default to English so the reader always has one common language.
What if the two products are in different languages?
Common when researching competitors across regions. English site vs Spanish site, French vs German, whatever combination. The model reads each in its own language, then writes the comparison in English so nothing gets lost across the desks that need to read it.
Can we tune the dimensions ourselves?
Yes. Dimensions are configuration. For a dev tool the rubric might weight SDKs, latency, pricing model; for a CRM it might weight implementation time, integrations, seat economics. Your team edits the weighted list from an admin panel as the market shifts. No rebuild.
Can Entexis build this for us?
Yes. This is what we do. Hire us on Upwork and we will scope your first competitive decision, wire the analyzer into your CRM or Slack, encode the dimensions your buyers actually decide on, and get a working first slice live once scope is agreed. You own the code, the model runs where you choose, and your data stays on your infrastructure. Look for us at upwork.com/agencies/entexis.
