Know what you're signing, before you sign it.
AI reads your contract and flags the risks in 30 seconds.

Drop a PDF or Word contract and get a structured analysis in seconds: a plain-English summary, key terms extracted, risk flags ranked HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW with the exact clauses quoted, obligations per party with deadlines, and the questions to ask before signing. Ask any follow-up, get answers grounded in the same document. Same shape scales into a private, self-hosted build wired to your contract repository, playbook-tuned, so confidential contracts never leave your infrastructure.

Live demo. Multilingual out of the box (English, Hindi, Spanish, French, and more). Uploaded files sit in memory for 1 hour for follow-up questions, then drop automatically. Nothing is written to disk.

    Where this leads

    What AI-integrated contract review unlocks.

Typical outcomes when in-house legal, procurement, or M&A teams hire Entexis to build a custom contract intelligence tool, drawn from real engagements. Numbers shift per use case, but the shape of the impact stays the same.

    90 mins → 15 sec
    Triage time per contract
Ranked risks, key terms, obligations, and the questions to ask: produced in seconds instead of an hour and a half of careful reading.
    10+ languages
Multilingual out of the box (English, Hindi, Spanish, French & more)
Contracts in any major language. Mixed-language deals (English MSA with a Spanish addendum) handled cleanly.
    Air-gapped
    Private LLM options
Self-hosted open-weights models on your GPUs, enterprise AI under zero-retention, or fully air-gapped deployments. Contracts never leave your environment.
    Audit-ready
    Citations & immutable logs
Every analysis links to the exact clauses cited and writes to an immutable log: built for compliance teams from day one.
    1 slice
    Where every build starts
Basic version tuned to your playbook goes live once scope is agreed. Then we layer on repository integrations, OCR for scans, and approval workflows.
    The build path

4 steps from a contract PDF
    to a ranked risk read.

No setup, no integration, no signup for the public demo. Drop a contract, the AI returns a structured analysis card in seconds, and you can ask follow-up questions for as long as you like, same pattern that runs in production for in-house legal and procurement teams.

    01

    Upload the contract

PDF or Word, up to 10 MB, in any major language. The AI reads the whole file in seconds. No formatting required.

    02

    Read the analysis

Summary, key terms in a table, risks ranked by severity with the exact clauses quoted, obligations per party, and the questions to ask before signing.

    03

    Ask anything specific

Notice periods, liability caps, non-competes, audit rights, change-of-control: every answer is grounded in the contract you uploaded.

    04

    Decide

Use the risks and questions as a checklist for your lawyer. Or, for confidential work, deploy the same tool privately on your own stack with a self-hosted model.

    Under the hood

The integration layer that makes AI usable on real contracts.

Every piece below was built end-to-end by the Entexis team. The same components (ingestion, structured extraction, risk ranking, obligation extraction, follow-up Q&A, audit logs) get re-tuned and re-shaped for your team's playbook and contract types.

    Structured analysis card

Summary, key terms extracted into a table, risks ranked HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW with the exact clause quoted, obligations per party with deadlines, and the sharp questions to ask before signing.

    Risk flags that matter

Auto-renewal traps, uncapped liability, broad indemnity, unilateral termination, IP assigned to the vendor, mandatory arbitration, hidden audit rights: the structural risks a careful read catches.

    Ask anything specific

"What is the notice period for termination?" "Is there a non-compete?" "What does the limitation of liability cap?" Each answer is grounded in the contract you uploaded.

    Private by default

The contract is held in memory for an hour so you can ask follow-ups, then dropped. Nothing written to disk; nothing logged. Custom builds support self-hosted models and zero data retention for sensitive work.

    Self-hosted, on your stack

For confidential work the same tool runs on your VPC or on-premise with a self-hosted open-weights model or your existing enterprise AI account. Contracts never touch a third-party AI provider.

    Built into your workflow

For a real deployment we wire it into your contract repository (DocuSign, Ironclad, NetDocuments, SharePoint, Box) so every signed contract gets analyzed automatically, with an audit log for compliance.

Multilingual (English, Hindi, Spanish, French & more)

Contracts in any major language: Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Mandarin, Portuguese. Mixed-language deals work too. Analyses come back in the contract's language.

    Who uses it

    Built for teams
    that touch contracts daily.

Same tool, tuned to each team's playbook and wired into the document store they already use. We deploy on your stack with self-hosted models when contract content can't leave your environment.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a product we can subscribe to?
No. What you see here is a live demo of an AI contract layer. A production build is delivered as software you own, running on your infrastructure, wired to your actual contract repository, and tuned to your team's playbook. No monthly seat fees, no vendor holding your contracts.
    Does it work outside English?
Yes. English variants (US, UK, Indian), Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Mandarin, and most major European and Asian languages all work. Summary, risks, obligations, and follow-ups come back in the contract's language. Mixed-language deals (English MSA with a Spanish addendum, English NDA with a Hindi side letter) are handled natively.
    How reliable is the analysis?
Directional. Not legal advice. Treat it as a sharp first read that surfaces the structural risks (auto-renewal traps, uncapped liability, one-sided indemnity, unilateral termination) and saves the 90 minutes of careful reading before a lawyer takes over. A qualified lawyer should still sign off on anything you intend to execute.
    Where does the contract go?
For the demo: contract text + extracted analysis sit in server memory for 1 hour so follow-up questions work, then drop automatically. Nothing lands on disk, nothing lands in a DB. For production, contracts stay entirely inside your infrastructure: your S3 bucket, your Postgres, your document repository, whatever you already run.
Can it run on a self-hosted model?
Yes. Most common ask from legal teams. The production build runs on whichever model your compliance bar requires: a self-hosted open-weights model on your own GPUs, an enterprise API under zero-retention, or fully air-gapped weights for the strictest deployments. Contracts never cross a vendor boundary.
    Which contract types benefit most?
NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, SaaS licenses, employment contracts, leases, partnership and shareholder agreements, settlement agreements. Any structured prose. Marked-up scans need OCR first; production builds add that plus signature-block extraction and clause-versus-playbook diffing.
    Which formats work?
PDF and DOCX up to 10 MB. The PDF must have real selectable text (not a scan). Scanned PDFs need OCR; production builds add OCR + table extraction so image-heavy contracts get analyzed automatically.
What does a real contract-AI integration look like?
Wired to your contract repository (DocuSign CLM, Ironclad, NetDocuments, SharePoint, Box, custom CMS). Any signed contract is one click from being analyzed against your playbook. Every analysis writes to an audit log for compliance. Recurring auto-renewal watch runs on a schedule and posts to Slack when a renewal window opens.
How long until it goes live?
A first working slice, tuned to your top-3 contract types and one repository, typically goes live once scope is agreed. Playbook tuning, deeper OCR, per-team scoping, audit-log integration, and additional repositories layer on after that once you have proof from real contracts.
How is this different from Spellbook, LawGeex, or Kira?
Those are hosted products: your contracts sit on their infrastructure on their pricing. We build the production application end-to-end on your stack: ingestion, extraction, analysis, playbook rules, audit logs, and repository integration. You own the code, control the data, and pick the model. Fits the strictest legal-data-handling policies without a vendor exception.
Can Entexis build this for us?
Yes. This is what we do. Hire us on Upwork and we will scope your top contract types, wire the analyzer into your contract repository, pick the right model + hosting for your compliance bar (including fully self-hosted open-weights models for privileged contracts), and get a working first slice live once scope is agreed. You own the code, the model runs where you choose, and your contracts stay on your infrastructure. Look for us at upwork.com/agencies/entexis.
